All maintenance requests must be submitted via email :

Please include the following details in your request:
- A description of the issue
- Your full address
- Your name
- Your contact phone number
Maintenance will reach out to schedule an appointment. Rental Managers are not authorized to accept maintenance requests under any circumstances, including emergency requests.
After-Hours Emergency Maintenance:
The following situations are considered emergencies:
- Fire: Call 911 immediately. Once safe, contact emergency maintenance at 859-600-6041
- Flooding: If water is leaking uncontrollably, turn off the water supply immediately. If a shutoff valve is not available, turn off the water to the entire unit. Management will show residents the locations of the shutoff valves.
- No Heat: In winter months when temperatures are below freezing.
Emergency maintenance personnel will assess whether the situation qualifies as a true emergency. If the emergency maintenance line is called for issues that are not considered emergencies, the resident's rental account will be charged for the on-call technician's time.
"We began renting with CB Management in June of 2022. We are currently in our 3rd year renting with them. I initially was working with Kimberly Berling who got all of our paperwork squared away, gave us a tour of the home, and has been a great point of contact these last 2 and a half years. Kim has been eager to help with any situation that arises, she is knowledgeable and kind. When we go to the office to pay our monthly rent, the ladies in the front office are awesome. They always have a friendly smile and a nice attitude. When we have had issues arise in the home, there is a management email to contact- we are always contacted back within 24-48 hours from our initial email. It is an easy process to reach out and get any problems resolved in a timely manor. We have had the maintenance technician, Ethan, over to our home multiple times due to minor incidents. I couldn't say more nice things about him. He is friendly, prompt, good with his communication, and fixes issues in a timely manor. My kids love him! Every time he comes by, they know him by name, and Ethan along with Kim know our children by name also. They always make it a point to speak to the kids when they stop by, I love it. It feels like we are renting from friends, and it means a lot to have a management company care so much about our home and our family. This has been hands down the best company we have ever rented from. I highly recommend renting from CB Management!"
